'SPIRES' - Charcoal Sculptures

Custom made burnt wooden sculptures - 12 x 12 x 30cm
 
Each unique piece of beech wood is hand chopped and split naturally along it's grain. The wood is then carefully burned on it's surface to create it's black, charcoal appearance, which also strengthens and seals the wood. It is permanently set on a solid, black steel base.

Each piece is made to order. The height of each sculpture is around 30cm. The base is 12x12cm.
